Physician Owned Facilities Managed by SleepWorks
The Physicans Ownership Model is established as a free-standing sleep diagnostics facility owned entirely by the physician's practice and managed by SleepWorks.

Hospital Based Facilities Managed by SleepWorks
The Hospital Model exists as an in-house or off-site sleep diagnostics facility. It is also owned solely by the hospital but managed by SleepWorks
