MedBridge Healthcare, a premier provider of sleep disorder diagnostic services and treatment, is pleased to announce that Ghentry Pace will be joining the company as its Chief Executive Officer.
Pace brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience in clinical, operational and financial arenas. He has held executive leadership roles in integrated healthcare systems, such as Intermountain Healthcare, and a number of Fortune 500 healthcare providers, including Apria Healthcare and Conifer Health Solutions (owned by Tenet Healthcare and Catholic Health Initiatives). Most recently, he served as the Senior Revenue Cycle leader for Fresenius Medical Care, the largest dialysis provider in the world.
A seasoned healthcare executive, Pace is a proven and effective leader who has consistently improved both financial performance and patient care quality indicators, and championed innovative approaches to meet a wide array of patient and client needs.

Merger brings together two premier sleep services companies
SleepWorks and MedBridge Home Medical announced today that they recently completed the acquisition of IntegraSleep and the CPAP division of Active Healthcare, together operating as the Sound Sleep Institute, an integrated, nationally-recognized program providing diagnostic sleep testing, CPAP equipment, and CPAP supplies for patients with sleep disorders. This transaction brings together four well-respected companies operating in and around Raleigh, NC.

MEDBRIDGE HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES MERGER WITH SLEEP SERVICES OF AMERICA
Merger joins two premier sleep services companies.
MedBridge Healthcare, a leader in the field of sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment, and Sleep Services of America (SSA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Johns Hopkins Health System, have agreed to merge. Effective March 1, 2016, SSA will become an operating subsidiary of MedBridge Healthcare. John Mathias, President of SSA, will join the MedBridge Healthcare senior management team while continuing to lead SSA.
This transaction brings together two of the most well-respected sleep services companies in the United States. SSA currently operates locations in Maryland, New York, Georgia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. MedBridge Healthcare and SSA, collectively, provided more than 60,000 diagnostic sleep studies in 2015, and will serve patients from over 140 locations in 21 states and the District of Columbia.
